Phoenix Musical
Attention all Phoenix students! What do BILINGUAL and ALADDIN have in common?
It’s the next Phoenix Middle School Musical! Disney’s Aladdin, Bilingual Edition
When Jafar first found the Genie’s magic lamp, he wished to divide Agrabah by language so that the people in the palace would speak one language and the people in the streets another. But Jafar would continue to speak both, giving him more power…
Ms. Ropers-Rosendahl and Ms. Fumall invite you to join our whole new world of Aladdin–the Disney story you know, but interweaving Spanish and English. Que? No hablas espanol? No hay problema! If you don’t speak Spanish but are willing to learn some words and phrases, we’ll teach you!
• Any Phoenix student is eligible to audition.
• Actors and actresses must sign up for an audition time and pick up information, including a permission slip, by the Choir Room door (Room 900). Permission slips are due before the audition.
• Stage crew is open to 8th graders only. See Ms. R if you are interested.
