PHOENIX RISING STAFF TO MEET; NEWCOMERS WELCOME!
The Phoenix Rising Newspaper Club will meet at 2:55 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 15, in the Phoenix library. It will be done by 3:40 p.m., so please arrange to have a ride home. All Phoenix students are invited to attend and get more information and/or sign up for the club. If someone is interested, but cannot make the meeting(s), contact Mr. Thom Aiello, the advisor, at thomaiello@gmail.com.
There is already a short list of story ideas, but we really would like your ideas as well!
Email Mr. Aiello if you have any questions in advance, or if you can confirm if you will be able to attend or not.

Ski/Snowboard Club
Attention Skiers and Snowboarders: There will be an informational meeting for Ski and Snowboard Club on Thursday, November 15 at 3 pm in the cafeteria. Please email Ms. Jordan with any questions (jjordan@ddschools.org).

Lost & Found
The Lost & Found has been spread out on the tables that are up against the wall in the cafeteria. Please go through and see if anything there is yours, if so take it with you. At the end of the month all items will be donated to charity. Parents! You are more than welcome to come and check out the Lost & Found Table before we donate everything if your child is missing something! It’s amazing how many lost & found items go unclaimed here at Phoenix Middle School!

Cool Weather Clothing
As the weather continues to cool down, be sure to bring your jacket, hat, gloves and anything else you may need with you to your lunch period. When lunch is done, you are NOT allowed to go back to your lockers to get clothing items for outside. Bring those items to the lunchroom when lunch begins.
