A Delavan-Darien School District student and her family are in need of assistance after a fire destroyed their home and possessions earlier this spring.
There were three adults — a male and two females — and a teen girl (a Delavan-Darien School District student) living in the home at the time of the fire. Nobody was in the home when the fire started, but the family did lose three pets and all of the home’s contents.
The family has reported to our school counselors and building administrators that they are seeking the following items:
Household and Living
- Bedding (sheets, blankets, pillows)
- Full Bed/Box Spring/Frame
- Daily Health Car Products (soap, shampoo, toothpaste, etc.)
- Furniture
- Student art supplies
Clothing
- Teen Girls Clothing
- Jr. Pants: sizes 11-13
- Shirt: sizes M-L
- Shoes: 7-8
- Clothing for Adult Male
- Wears XL shirts/sweetshirts
- Jeans: 36 waist/30-32 length
