Announcements:
Inappropriate Cell Phone usage in the Cafeteria & Hallways: It has been brought to the attention of the administration that inappropriate pictures are being taken in the cafeteria & hallways and posted to Snap Chat, Facebook and other social media. If this continues, cell phone usage will be restricted from the building from 7:30-2:43. It is considered cyber-bullying and perpetrators will be prosecuted.
Attention Students: Being prepared for your day is a task that we need to do both in school and our jobs. This includes bringing all necessary items with you into the building. Students will not be permitted to exit the building, out to their vehicles, during the day for any reason. If you need something with you (ie. lunch, Chromebook, ID, etc…), bring it into the building with you in the morning and store it in your locker. You will not be permitted to leave the building to get that item.
Student Council Applications: We are currently accepting applications for students to become class representatives. Applications can be picked up in the athletic office and should be returned to Mrs Hehn in Rm 508 by the end of the day on Friday, Sept 15th.
Student Council: Student Council will be meeting on Friday, September 15th at 2:45pm in Mrs. Hehn’s room (Room 508). This is a mandatory meeting and all members, including new applicants, must attend. See Mrs. Hehn if you have any questions.

Attention All Students: The deadline to purchase Chromebook Care coverage for your Chromebook is 3:30 PM Tuesday, September 19. Parents can pay online in their parent portal with a debit or credit card or in the main office from 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM M-F with cash or check.

Community Service Opportunity: Volunteers needed to help with the grade school CLC after school program at Turtle Creek Elementary. You would need your own transportation. The program begins on Thursday, September 21st thru May. The hours are 3:30-5:30 Monday – Friday. If interested, please see Mrs. Minton in room 151 (PBL Lab) or email her at mminton@ddschools.org.
Attention All Students: Friday, September 22 is picture day. We will be calling students down via the PA by grade, alphabetically. Picture packets are available in the main office for students whose parents may want to purchase a picture packet. You must have a check or exact change.
Homecoming Tickets will cost $5 and will be available for purchase beginning Monday, Sept 25th. To purchase tickets, students must have all of their school fees and fines, including lunch, paid completely.
