An informational meeting about Destination Imagination for parents and students is scheduled for: 6 p.m. Wednesday, October 11, at the School Administration Center: 324 Beloit St., Delavan. Destination Imagination is open to all students in all grades and schools. Destination Imagination (DI) is a co-ed extra curricular activity for students in all grades. Groups of five to seven students work together for the year to solve one of five innovative challenges and present their solution during the spring at Regional, State and Global contests.
DI is an organization that teaches creativity, teamwork and problem solving to students across the U.S. and in more than 30 countries. Teams are tested to think on their feet, work as a team, and devise original solutions that satisfy the requirements of the challenges.
