The Delavan-Darien School District Foundation’s annual fundrasier — The Blue & Gold Bash — will return to Rosewood (formerly Millie’s Pancake House) for another night of fun and games on Friday, Nov. 10, 2017.
Rosewood, located the intersection of County Highway O South and South Shore Drive (2484 County Road O South, Delavan) will supply the delicious meal at three chef-attended dinner stations and a dessert station. A cash bar with music is also available.
The event features a silent auction, raffles, and interactive game show games with a chance to win prizes for the audience.
Tickets are $40 and attendees must be 21 or older to enter. Tickets are available online only at www.ddschools.org/bash/tickets. Tickets are limited in number due to space so buy early to reserve your seats.
Doors open at 5:30 p.m. with dinner from 6-7:30 p.m. Interactive games follow in Rosewood’s spectacular theater room, which features four large flat-screen HDTVs combined for an unmatched viewing experience. The silent auction will be going on throughout the evening.

Attendees sign-up to play the interactive trivia game show games individually or as a team. Games will have a buy-in price and some great prizes for the winners.
All proceeds benefit the Delavan-Darien School District Foundation’s scholarships, which are awarded annually to deserving Delavan-Darien High School graduates for continuing post-secondary education expenses.
In spring of 2017, 37 of the school’s top 50 academically-ranked graduating students (through seven semesters) all got at least one local scholarship award.
Scholarships managed by the Delavan-Darien Foundation totaled $79,800, which were awarded in 60 scholarships to 41 students.
The total local scholarship amount from 83 area scholarship providers — including awards managed by the Foundation — was $153,450, going to 57 total students.
