Summer Fun Fair
Get ready for the summer and beyond! Delavan-Darien School District is hosting it’s third annual Summer Fun and Community Resource Fair on Saturday, February 24th! Admission is FREE!

Come learn about available summer camps for kids and community resources for families! We expect to have organizations present from summer camps in Wisconsin and Northern Illinois, as well as service providers that can assist community members with having their basic needs met!

This fair is for parents and students from across the greater Walworth County and Southeastern Wisconsin area. Vendors will include various camps, athletics and educational programs and other providers of summer programming for children of all ages.

This is the ONLY Summer Fun Fair in Walworth County where you can meet staff from the different summer camps, programs and opportunities IN PERSON!

Comedy Sports Reward Assembly
This is a reward assembly for all students who are getting good grades! If you have no grades below a C- on Wednesday, March 14th, you will be invited to take part in the fun assembly! Work had and keep your grades up! You don’t want to miss this FUN assembly!

Cactus League Baseball
If you want more information on joining a Baseball team, stop by the front office and pick up a flyer from the Park and Recreation Department.

Cell Phone Usage
Cell phones CAN NOT be used during your lunch time and/or during your recess time. Cell phones should be out of sight from 7:20 am until 2:46 pm and earbuds/headphones need to be removed upon building entry. If you need to contact your parent, please use the student phone in the front office. Please ask your teacher and get a pass before coming down to the office to use the phone!

Yearbook Deadline Approaching
March 1st will be the last day to order a yearbook! Also, with the purchase of a yearbook in February, you will automatically be entered into a drawing to win a Pizza Hut gift card! What’s better than viewing all your memories in the #studentlife yearbook and eating pizza? The Yearbooks cost $27.00. Yearbooks can be purchased through Infinite Campus Parent Portal, Jostens’ Yearbook website, or in the School Office (cash or check). The drawing for the Pizza Hut gift cards will occur at the end of February! See Ms. Poritz with any questions you may have about the yearbook.

Morning Drop-Off
Students: If you are getting dropped off in the front of the building in the morning before 7:30 am, you need to walk around to the back of the school. It would be better if you were dropped off at the back of the school and not in front of the school. You can only use the front entrance after 7:30 am, when it is raining, or the temperature is negative 0 with the wind chill.
