IMPORTANT: Past Due Fees & Fines
The end of the year field trips are coming soon! In order to be a part of this fun and exciting field trip, ALL fees and fines must be paid in full. If you owe any school fees, you would have received a statement with your child’s report card. If you can not find this paper, or you are not sure how much you owe, please either check your Infinite Campus Parent Portal or contact the Phoenix Middle School office. If you owe a larger amount, we can set up a payment plan for you. Please contact the Phoenix Middle School office for more information.

Middle School girls: Do you like engineering? Have you wanted to learn more about what engineers do? There’s an exciting program for middle school girls that takes place in Milwaukee on Saturday, March 10th. The experience is designed to encourage girls to choose a career in engineering. Tickets for this event are $5 for students and $7 for adults. Visit this website for more information: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/swenext-designlab-milwaukee-2018-tickets-39663334100

Cactus League Baseball
If you want more information on joining a Baseball team, stop by the front office and pick up a flyer from the Park and Recreation Department.

Cell Phone Usage
Cell phones CAN NOT be used during your lunch time and/or during your recess time. Cell phones should be out of sight from 7:20 am until 2:46 pm and earbuds/headphones need to be removed upon building entry. If you need to contact your parent, please use the student phone in the front office. Please ask your teacher and get a pass before coming down to the office to use the phone!

Morning Drop-Off
Students: If you are getting dropped off in the front of the building in the morning before 7:30 am, you need to walk around to the back of the school. It would be better if you were dropped off at the back of the school and not in front of the school. You can only use the front entrance after 7:30 am, when it is raining, or the temperature is negative 0 with the wind chill.
